Well if you're new to Paintball, whether it is Woodsball or Speedball (also called "Tournament"), there are terms and slang used. You can always talk to Ambush Alpha, these guys are the professionals in our business, for some info or if you feel a little nervous about that post it here.
Here are some used on this forum:
Auto: Pull and hold the trigger and you fire constantly (Whoa - that's a lot of paint)
Barrel Tap: Used to allow a player to surrender without being shot at close range. Usually a 20' radius is set and you can call a surrender the other player has the option of walking off without a bad welt.
Blow Back Marker: A marker that uses the released "air/co2" to reset and cock the marker.
Bunkered/Bunkering: Out flanking an opponent and catching them in their bunkers.
Caliber: The size of the paintball - nominal paintball size is .68" or .68 cal
Chrono: Checking the velocity of the paintball leaving your barrel (for real weapons it is referred to as "muzzle velocity") Fields are now using 280 feet per second (fps) as their maximum velocity. The device used is a Chronometer.
Gogged: Getting shot in the goggles/lens
Outlaw Field or Game: A game or field where it is not monitored by a second party or a field or game that is designed for paintball with all the safety features in place. Most importantly, chronoing is not always done. Always check if a Chrono will be there before you go. You don't want anyone shooting "hot" and blind someone.
paint: Paintballs
PT or Power Tube: Plastic or metal tube used on blowbacks that house the CXV valve.
semi-auto: Pull the trigger and you fire one paintball
If you know of any more, feel free to post them here and I will update my list.

I think that another term would be ramping, also chronoing your gun. As I think of them I will let you know.
