Hey Tomcat speaking of the 203 I’ve been looking into getting one but, I’ve been on the fence about it… How much range do you get with that thing and is it better to use green gas or buy the thunder charger??? Oh and did you find any pouch on in the BT line that will hold the nerf rocked I figure a BT grenade pouch would work for the 203 shell… Thanks bro...

On Fiveoh's post. I agree. The most important and biggest upgrade is to improve the skill of the operator!

On the best upgrades for the marker I picked Rip-Clip, E-Grip, Remote Line, and my Red Dot Sight. I feel these are the main upgrades I have that give me a distinct advantage on the field.
Rip-Clip: The Rip-Clip gives me consistent loading so I am never worried if the next ball is coming and have to do the maraca dance with my hopper. Not to mention it has the ability to keep up with my marker when having to lay down suppression fire.
E-Grip: The E-Grip hasn't helped me as much as it has helped my team in general, I play a support/marksman role on my team and sit back well we send flankers up the field into position. I can't name the amount of times the E-Grip has helped me lay down sufficient suppression fire while my teammates can move to a flanking position to get the kill.
Remote Line: This one is simple it just helps take the weight off my marker, and makes me more mobile.
Red-Dot Sight: The Red Dot has allowed me to do quicker target acquisition and has improved my ability to get out take a shot and get back behind cover effectively.
As for non-marker upgrades I picked Mask, Gloves and Harness.
Mask: I recently upgraded my mask and instantly noticed it gives me a better view of the field, doesn't fog is more comfortable and has a low profile and soft construction to promote bounces.
Gloves: These are purely for protection and comfort, I feel more comfortable on the field and like them for the ability that I can stick my hand in a mud puddle or grab a tree branch and don't have to worry about cutting my hands up or anything. Plus they help out with getting tagged in the hands cause I have found thats one of the worst places to get it.
Harness: Gives me the ability to carry more rounds which is essential to my job on the team, as well as lightens the load, puts my air bottle on my back, and makes me more mobile overall. It can also carry additional items such as swabs ect if I need them on the field.
So that is my long winded right up to what upgrades I have gotten that have helped me the most. Thanks for reading I am going to write a book now.

you just can't beat getting more playing time in to advance your game.
but from the list i'd have to say apex, gives you just enough reach to get them when they feel safe.

The key to upgrading is 3 fold the way I see it. To be effective you need to:
1. Know what is out there, and what it does.
2. Know how you play; your strenths and weaknesses.
3. Chose the load out that actually helps the player you are (who isn't always the player you wish you were:) )
I'm hoping a ton of people take the poll and post here. The data should be interesting, and it is great to hear about stuff that people have battle tested.
Oh, and hey; Who uses grenades (those water ballon things)? I have seen a few getting thrown around, but I haven't seen anyone nuke a bunker full of people. They don't seem $5 worth of impresive.
Tomcat and the m203 users:
Can you use those at many places other than scenarios? I hear they shoot really low fps, but shoot a pile of balls like a shotgun. Sounds like a great way to handle people who refuse my order to surrender (painless yet messy).
Thanks again for the great responses, keep em comming.

As for the ebay banned M203 save your money. other than looks it is not practical. by the time you fire one round and attempt to reload you are walking back to the insertion point. Unless you have more than one shell and for the price crap4 sells them your better off getting a metadyne for $300.00.
