Ok i figured out what im gboing to do with my bt4.I am purchasing a dboys sir shroud and modding it to fit like they do with the a5.I know its gonna take some careful planning and measuring but is it even possible? I also am going to get the bt m16 mag and mod it to fit closer to the trigger assembly and do the mod to make my egrip into a single trigger.Can anyone tell me if those bt sights they sell are any good?If not i will get the 416 sights from scenario arms.And if anyone could throw me a couple barrel suggestions i would appreciate it.Thanks in advance.I wont be starting this till after christmas because i just finished my ion project.If anyone has a stock feedneck i'll buy it.

Well if ur gonna do this then yes, be careful and make sure u do it the first time... Otherwise this could possibly cost a heck of a lot of money. For the barrel, id go for J&J or flasc barrel with APEX on it. U cant put an apex on a j&j but the flasc barrel kit u can...

I have an apex on my jj barrel they have an adapter that they sell that goes on there barrel

it'll be a cool mod for sure, the issue that may make it harder for a bt over an a5 is the ripclip or even the regular feedneck wraps around the top picatinny rail rather than the cylcone that mounts to the body of the maker. some modding in the way of mounting the ripclip directly to the front shroud and then the shroud to the marker might work (can you tell i've contemplated this mod myself )

you can also use the electric tape mod where you build up tip of the barrel to the same diameter of the apex barrel, then clamp the apex around the tape. it holds up very well

pulling this mod off with a rip clip would be a p.i.t.a.! i had it easy with my A5, a little trimming for the cyclone and dremeling of the top of the reciever and i was done. i think a S.I.R. mod would be easier with the standard feedneck. i am currently waiting on parts for a spectacular mod for my son's delta elite...so i'll be able to get back with the cutting/dremeling info on this soon.

I have done it on a TM7 with a ripclip.  I'm sure its possible on a BT-4
