Not annoying...good questions.  When I'm playing with my Tib 8.1 and/or pump Trracer and rip clip, I have used as few as a bag.  When using my TM7 with tac cap on Rip clip, at least 2 bags - as many as a case when using the rotor or X7 hopper on the rip clip.   I have found that I like playing the back and providing cover and coordinating attacks as much or more than charging in guns blazing.  When providing cover fire, I obviously shoot more paint.  Lately, I have been leaning towards shooting less and end up with more paint than I thought I would.

Double trigger has its uses. If your stuck semi only and get incredibly frustrated with the one guy you can't hit- you can walk the trigger and increase the bps. And you are still shooting semi only.
Cheers!

When I'm playing pump only days I use about a bag of paint (500) but in a big game type day I have gone through a case with a pump. When shooting a speedball style gun at a scenario I have gone through 2 cases in a full day. It's a gun with a very walkable double trigger. Again in a scenario there are lot's of long ball stand offs. I have been known to just throw paint to keep heads down while my team flanks. Feyd................

In regards to the original question of this thread, I think the answer, especially for a newer player is at best, "unknown". Because of varying game lengths, play-styles, field conditions, and opposing players, (the more you get shot out, the more time you are taking "the walk" which cuts down on battle time) I think it is impossible to answer this question with any certainty. I personally find that newer players tend to use more ammo as they engage targets beyond their markers capability more often, as they are still getting the feel for the game and markers as a whole down. I also find newer players shoots longer busts of fire and have less accuracy all lead to using more paint.

I have been playing for a few years and still use about a case and a half-2 cases at a typical scenario, I play suppressive support/ heavy gunner with 2100 round load-out and 400 round hopper, my daughter who has been playing for 4 months uses about a bag per game.... like I said best answer is "unkown".
