As Sog said...Easy as 1,2,3....But I would put some teflon tape on threads too to make sure there's no leaks.....

Just do the OPPOSITE of the instructions here (this is for removing an expansion chamber)

Hope it helps some!

Thanks for the speedy response, Snakebite. I'll report back when I'm finished installing it.

An issue I encountered last week at the fields. If you are running CO2 with a remote, open the valve SLOWLY!!! Twice last weekend I just cracked the valve as I always have done and in less than 10 minutes I was leaking air from the small o-ring that is on the expansion chamber (where it fits into the brass extension.) Luckely for me, I removed the expansion chamber and let it slowly get back to normal temp, then massaged the o-ring a little to get it back to normal shape. I have found that if you just "open" the valve, the sudden rush of air cools the o-ring making it not seat correctly. The fix (at least for me) was to open the valve slowly and let the expansion chamber fill at a slower rate. After about a minute, I can fully open the valve and all is good.

were you using thread tape that will help with leaking from parts like that, or you can use blue loc tite? and by teh screws wont work do you mean they wont screw in? look at the threads, how do they look?
