Feyd, what size are those fittings? 1/8th" or 1/4"?
I was in Home Depot today and was looking at some brass fitting to do something like this, but wasn't sure which size it was, and to top that off I couldn't find any quick disconnects.
And where can I get marco line from?

I bought the quick disconnect and marcro line fittings at the local PB store. and matched it at the hardware store for thread pitch and size. I think it's 3/8 but I would do what I did to be sure. Get the nipple first then you can't go wrong. Feyd.......

Im having the hardest time finding a quick disconnect setup either online or in stores. I have not ventured to my local PB store yet, its a little bit of a drive just for one or two fittings.
I am in the middle of doing this mod, and considering using my asa/quick disconnect and mounting it onto my combat stock. My darned cordless dremel just died on me and I'm waiting for it to recharge.

Thanks Feyd. I started this today, using a 90 I got from home depot. The fitting itself is a little larger than the one you used, and I am having a bit of trouble getting the PT to sit correctly. Its getting late so Ill get back to it tomorrow.
Quick Disconnect Will this work instead of the $11 one from Zephyr?

The connector on the stock was a brass 90 with a macro fitting and quick disconnect fitting. I just had that zip tied to the stock. That way I could retract the stock for when I got my crawl on! So I had a 90 macro out the back of the BT 4 frame with macro line to the back of the gun. I'll look through my old pix but I sold that gun a over a year ago. Feyd..........

i have seen some remote lines where you can screw the remote line knob in too far and shutting off airflow. you think your air supply is on but it isn't. try turning it on and then back it off a turn and see if that helps.

I'm tring to figure out a way to run my air line on my Ironhorse project. I want it setup to use a remote line, be custom, and still look clean.
I think your setup would be the best way to go but i'm not sure how to mount the quick disconnect.
What i'm thinking of doing is replicate the Milsig CATS stock seen here using the stock BT buffer tube i have and run the macro line to the buffer tube. inside the buffer tube, mount a 3 sided female fitting so i can have the remote line off the bottom and on the opposite side of the macro line, mount a mini gauge to monitor tank pressure.

That would do it LT Dan. All you would need is the 90 off the PT aimed to the back of the marker. When you drill the hole in the frame use a drill press for a perfectly placed hole. I still have pix on my computer. If you need any specific info shoot me a PM or find me on MCB under the name Feyd. Let me know how you make out. Feyd........
