This is my first tutorial and my first "Major" Mod, I was a little nervous but it turned out pretty good.
I had to do it in the basement because my work bench is in the garage and Odin (Ladyhawk's Hawk) would probably go insane and kill himself at the sound of a dremel.. He's in the garage because the winter is a tad too cold for him.

What you will need:
Dremel with Sanding Drum bit
Ebanned Taclight forgrip Available Here
Nail File
Filter Mask (Optional but highly recommended)

Okay so here goes, first thing to do is Remove the delta handguard by removing the pushpin at the front and the sliding the front down and forward.

You can measure the width of the opening I used a set of digital calipers but in the end I got fed up and started test fitting it fairly often.

Use the sanding drum to remove all of the ridges on the inside of the tac light like so. Posted Image

Watch out for the wires Posted Image
Once you've got them all shaved down it should look fairly straight, once I finished I cleaned up the edges with one of Ladyhawk's Nailfiles.. (I had permission ladies.. don't hate..)
This is from before I used the nailfile but you get the ideaPosted Image

Next you need to trim back the tabs on the sides at the back fo the foregrip, I only went about halfway back but jsut do a little at a time and test fit Posted Image

Once that is done you need to widen the opening for the barrel, again just test fit often. and stop when it fits. You can see I removed the flashlight and I did that so it'd be easier to work on the grip. Posted Image

Finally, the front of the furniture that holds the barrel needs to be shaved down a little, Remove the barrel and use a nailfile to sand it down some, DON'T take the little set screw out, instead thread it into the piece further, that way you don't risk damaging the threads when you try to put the screw back in.Posted Image

*EDIT* I just remembered You may have to widen the holes at the top so you can get the push pin through, I used a round file and again just testfit often.

The finished product will look something like this Posted Image

I just finished doing this mod but it looks like the flashlight sits ever so slightly too high. It looks like the paintballs will hit it when you fire. Anyway to lower it? Also I had to use JB Weld throughout the inside of my shroud because it was starting to split and the flashlight was spinning freely. Also my on/off switch doesn't work

how far does the taclight stick out from the shroud? I want to use this with my 10inch J&J barrel but dont want the light sticking out too far.

How is the durabiltity of the shroud compared to stock?

This will be one of my future upgrades for my delta.

Sorry for not replying sooner guys I've been on Hiatus once again.. back to work and all that jazz. Shift I thought the same thing, but if you place a round straight object like a pen or pencil into the barrel and press it flat you see a good 1/4 inch clearance, plenty for the paintball to pass through.

Lt. Dan I would say you 10 inch should be fine especially when you remember that the stock delta like mine is 9 inches so you're would be one inch further out. I intend to move up to a 12 inch barrel overall in the end and that will be almost flush or maybe a little longer. As for durability.. I have 3 words for you.. MADE IN CHINA you can guess it's durability.. NOT HIGH you'll hear many a complaint about that

Can you unscrew the barrel on this one without removing the whole shroud?

No.  I remove the entire barrel and shroud together.  Then I can take the barrel and shroud apart.
