I had to do it in the basement because my work bench is in the garage and Odin (Ladyhawk's Hawk) would probably go insane and kill himself at the sound of a dremel.. He's in the garage because the winter is a tad too cold for him.
What you will need:
Dremel with Sanding Drum bit
Ebanned Taclight forgrip Available Here
Nail File
Filter Mask (Optional but highly recommended)
Okay so here goes, first thing to do is Remove the delta handguard by removing the pushpin at the front and the sliding the front down and forward.
You can measure the width of the opening I used a set of digital calipers but in the end I got fed up and started test fitting it fairly often.
Use the sanding drum to remove all of the ridges on the inside of the tac light like so.

Watch out for the wires

Once you've got them all shaved down it should look fairly straight, once I finished I cleaned up the edges with one of Ladyhawk's Nailfiles.. (I had permission ladies.. don't hate..)
This is from before I used the nailfile but you get the idea

Next you need to trim back the tabs on the sides at the back fo the foregrip, I only went about halfway back but jsut do a little at a time and test fit

Once that is done you need to widen the opening for the barrel, again just test fit often. and stop when it fits. You can see I removed the flashlight and I did that so it'd be easier to work on the grip.

Finally, the front of the furniture that holds the barrel needs to be shaved down a little, Remove the barrel and use a nailfile to sand it down some, DON'T take the little set screw out, instead thread it into the piece further, that way you don't risk damaging the threads when you try to put the screw back in.

*EDIT* I just remembered You may have to widen the holes at the top so you can get the push pin through, I used a round file and again just testfit often.
The finished product will look something like this

I know several members have done this Mod including Five-Oh, feel free to add something that I may have missed guys.
