Thinking about buying one. Have people had problems with it?

Love mine.  Had it several months now and a don't think that I've broken any paint in it yet.  I did have to set the speed one setting faster than the default.

Haven't had any problems with mine.  Heck of a lot better than the halo I was running before, and it is really nice to have that big bubble out of my line of sight.

You should really enjoy it.  Though I'm finding that I haven't been able to mount any of the sights on the little rail on the TM7 RC.  One is too wide and bumps the hopper.  The other is too long and one end won't clasp on.  I think the quick release should fit perfectly.

Love the RC. Got an RC each for my TM7 and TM15. Just be sure to screw the mounting screws tight on the TM7, they can get loose during play and actually slide the RC out of alignment with the feed hole.

If only I could figure out how to program the thing. The instructions are kinda confusing.
I miss the days of dip switches for everything.

I'm stupid.

I'm either pushing the button too late or too soon.  Anyways I can't tell what setting it's on.

Its really straight forward on changing the settings. If I can do it, anyone can cuz I am usually dumb when it comes to stuff like that. Just look at youtube videos if you have a problem. And congradulations. I loved my Ripper clip when I used to have it! :freaked:

I'm still running the original RipClip (Not TM series) and it works great (without doing the mic mod).

I just got my official tm rip clip.  I'm running a jj 16 barrel with a face supressor on it.  It's quiet like the stock barrel, but a different sound.  In any case, dry firing the tm15 and watching the rip clip in action without the hopper, I see mostly that it feeds correctly with the occassional non feed with the system set at factory default of 2 and 2.  I adjusted the sensetivity (orange) to level 3 and it is a lot more reactive to the gun going off.

my question is this, sometimes it will feed even though the gun didn't go off due to a loud noise nearby.  Is this a problem, am I going to break balls in the hopper feed or should I set it back to sensetivity 2 and live with the occasional missed shot?

No, this is not a problem. Mine does it too on occasion. The worst thing that has happened is a ball or two may get jammed up, if this happens, just turn the thing on the bottom of the RC backwards until the balls unjam. I have put well over 10 cases through mine and this has only happened two or three times, so it's not a major problem. I have NEVER had a ball break in the hopper.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.
