Hello, so I am new to paintball and just got my first marker being a BT Omega. I have a red dot sight mounted on top of the carry handle and it looks great but i'm having a small problem, that being that my hopper gets in the way. I have a basic electric feeding hopper, its made by empire i think and I like the hopper so I do not want to completely replace it unless necessary. I was wondering if maybe there was an offset feeding elbow that would fit onto my BT omega that would move the hopper over a little so i would not have to get a completely new hopper. The other option was getting offset rails for the red dot and I will do this if there are no other options but I would rather do something in terms of moving the hopper. I would not like this to become a very expensive project due to the fact that I am new to paintball and do not want to put in too much money on my first marker but i would be willing to spend around 50$. The cheaper the better though. Thank you so much!

The Omega's feedneck is already offset. To be honest, Im not really sure if there's an offset elbo, I dont think there is, but you could always find a used Rip Clip online for around 50-60$ Then use an X7 Hopper and you're sights would be as clear as can be... But I will let others correct me on whether or not there is an offset elbow. I know the A5's have them but almost 75% sure BT4's dont.

Sure the one time I get a chance to post "the picture" I cant find it. Its the picture that shows the three different options for mounting a set of rails on bt markers. When that pictures shows up milesh it will show you that you can mount an 45 degree offset onto your hand rail and still be able to use your current hopper.
Shoot then ask

I don't know of any elbow-pieces for a BT4. Just because Sameagol already said, the hopper already has a offset (that doesn't really help) , so finding a fitting elbow is gonna be hard. A 45° offset for your eails is the best way to go, or finding a cheap ripclip. No easy solutions here matey, sry.

EDIT: Found something that could be usefull. I was going to buy this when I bought my BT4, but the shopowner said it wasn't needed for BT's. But I guess it could work, if not with some modification.   ELBOW

That won't work for this marker. You are better off with a 45 deg offset.

Thought so. Which means you'll need the offset or a ripclip. Though luck mate.

Here's the options you have in mounting the sight with a hopper.  Note that the 45 deg offset is not necessary if a Rip Clip is used.
