Is it possible to conver the stock settup to accept bt-4/98 stocks?

I wanted to get the BT folding stock but it says that it only fits on bt4/98.

I'm a gun tech at a local PB store and i know what the problem is.

I was wondering (as i have TONS of old 98 shells lying around) i could cut the part the holds the stock off of a shell, and "fit" it into a tm7.

Is there a conversion kit out there? I know the tm7 uses the same stock style as the delta, and i saw a guy at a big game with a folding stock on his delta. (It was a BT stock)

That was Soggy's TM7...He's not here anymore...He's playing airsoft.....I remember he asked me if I could have a look at his gun...I just started playing with My Son....but never heard from him again...
I think someone machined an adapter for him at a local machineshop.Check with Robert...He's
done it too

That one was a duct tape special. Looked great but was not a permanent installation. Don't think he ever got it perfected. Problem is other than the groove that factory stock adjustment lock sits in there really isn't much support in the back of a TM7.

Well apparently you need to be really good at sculpting wood :-)  I got this from Robert recently, I'm in discussions with Nummech on whether they'd be interested in using it to make a template, so they could produce some in plastic or metal and get them out on the market.  As soon as I have some news I'll post it here.
