Ok im gonna pick up a tacamo mag feed kit for one of my bt4s in anticipation of the d mag clips. My idea thou is to make it as compact as possiable with an air in stock kit. Supposedly rap4 will have a kit for the air bottle in stock kit for bt soon. My question is what would you guys think would look best, just use a delta kit knowing that the stock would have to the the bottle in stock and mag would look weird. Usenit on my krinkov whick would mean the mag isnt the ak mag and then once again air bottle in stock looks weird. Or just make a new style bt using a short 4 inch shroud and that would be basicly it? Anyideas u guys might have will help im bored i broke my leg a few days ago and now all i have time to do is think what i will buy next.

I say make a new one. Delta would look funny without the proper stock and the Ak will look funny without the mag.

I have the MKV kit and I guess the biggest drawback for me is there aren't any shrouds that don't require you to use set screws. If you want to use a different barrel of you want to clean your barrel on the field you gotta either take off all the set screws or you gotta remove the whole shroud.  I am actually thinking about just getting the parts for a phenom and then getting the mk7p kit and going from there. There are way more companies that make shrouds and stocks that mount right to the body of the marker.

I think in terms of straight up mag fed performance, the MK7P is the best thing out there. I will probably get the ump shroud and the mag pul massada stock. That'll give it some cool CQB style.

I have a 6 inch shroud on my Omega Socom conversion that doesn't use set screws.  It clamps onto the barrel (I had to tape it up to beef the circumference up) it works well for me and the bonus is that it is a quad rail and the top part of the rail actually lines up with the picatiny rail on top of the omega (bt4 should be the same)

here's a link to the shroud I think it is.....

this one's kind of expensive... but I'm sure it can be found cheaper

I thought about it for 10 seconds and I can't give up my babies.  Taking the 6-8 internal parts and put them in a Tacamo shell with Tacomo feed system with a 98C barrel well Its not a BT any more. So I am Not doing that.  Might make up a box mag drive but not that.  Talk about your large protuding mag - wow.  Its all no good for me.  I don't want ot sway you but  I just can't do it.

Ok i might have new idea well i have alot of bt4s so i pick up a x7 phenom put a short barrel on it like 4 inch that will not even shick out of the orig shroud. Then put a tacmo mag kit on it add rear flexi air hook up. Then to make it even more compact use a 13ci or 3.5 oz co2 tank as stock or better yet side mount it to the side of the gun. Would be small enought to sling under armpit with 1 point harness.

Well ended up with phenom since i though it would be alot more efficant then a bt4 since i wanted to use air in stock option. just got it together not done yet but its gonna be for cqb only really 4 inch barrel trying to mimic a mp5k. Have other ideas too mounting the bottle on the side to make it shorter.

Looks great. The shorter D-mags will make it look even better I think.
